Investigating - There is a major network disruption at the infrastructure provider for the OpenTunnel Cloud platform. This prevents any incoming and outgoing traffic to the platform. We notified the infrastructure provider and they are investigating the issue.

Resolved - Alle asynchrone berichten die waren blijven hangen zijn opnieuw verstuurd. De verstoring zelf is sinds ~12:00 verholpen.

Monitoring - De verstoring in het platform is opgelost. Onze engineers zullen de situatie in de gaten houden en waar nodig berichten opnieuw versturen. Indien u problemen had ervaren met het afleveren van berichten op de Enable U Cloud, zullen deze mogelijk opnieuw aangeboden moeten worden vanuit de bronapplicatie.
